This customized session allows you to create your own unique massage experience. At the start of your session you and your therapist will discuss what you’re looking to accomplish. From your conversation your therapist will then pull from various massage techniques such as: deep tissue, swedish massage, sports massage, and trigger point massage and incorporate elements of them into your session in order to accomplish your goals and needs.
